1. Common curtain wall profile, common door and window profile, industrial profile must be aged in the same aging furnace. The temperature in the furnace shall be controlled within 195 ℃± 5 ℃. After reaching the temperature, the furnace shall be insulated for 3 hours, and then the fan shall be opened immediately for cooling for 20 minutes, and the hardness shall be inspected by the quality inspector.
2. The thermal insulation curtain wall profile, thermal insulation door and window profile must be aged in the same aging furnace. The temperature in the furnace shall be controlled within 180 ℃± 3 ℃. After reaching the temperature, the furnace shall be insulated for 3 hours, and the fan shall be opened immediately for cooling for 20 minutes, and the quality inspector shall check the hardness.
3. If the aging insulation profile is not in the furnace, 1-2 frames of ordinary profile (wall thickness is less than 2.0mm) can be placed for aging in the same furnace. The aging process shall be carried out according to the insulation profile process.
4. When lifting materials into the furnace, the end of profile and air guide shall be controlled within 80-100mm.
5. When the temperature in the furnace reaches the temperature required by the process, the aging worker shall measure the actual temperature in the furnace with a glass tube thermometer every 30 minutes and make the original record.
